Town of Augusta - Réservez votre appartement pour un week-end

« Very nice stay, would have been helpful to outline check out procedures in an email and how to work heating\air-conditioning. Struggled with an uncomfortable night of sleep the first night because couldn’t balance the heat. Everything was very clean and hostess was very responsive to questions. Located near an amazing Italian restaurant. Would recommend and stay again. »

« First time in Vrbo and the place was great. Yogi follow up to ensure a smooth check in. Also, he was very accesible. Place was spacious with lots of offerings and, best of all near everything. I will be definitively coming back. »

« Very convenient, clean and accommodating!! Highly recommend!! »

« This place was great! So pretty, and clean. Great location. Will definitely book again if we need a place to stay at in Utica. »

« Came from Ohio to visit my mom. Booked this gem of a place! Just what I needed. Super clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely stocked with everything needed, and then some! (the basket under the sink filled with essentials in case one forgot something was impressive) A plus for our host Chris, very prompt responses to any questions we had. I visit 2 -3 times a year and will definitely book again. The area is close to the mall and several restaurants. Great neighborhood. »

« The house is spacious, clean and lots of natural light. The porch was a great place to relax. The couch is very large and comfortable. The reason for less than 5 is the mattresses. Every room has very thin and uncomfortable mattresses. They are also low to the ground. Other than that the place is great! »

« great location with easy access to restaurants! »

« The apt was more spacious and comfortable than I expected and the location was perfect with a quiet location and a very short but scenic drive to the university. I would definitely stay again. »

« I only wish we knew about this location sooner! We used this for graduation weekend at Hamilton and if we had known sooner, we would have stayed here for every visit up to the area! The space was perfectly suited -- nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed, etc. Highly recommend! »

« Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host. »
