I was down there with friends for a volleyball tournament, and having walk-out access to the beach was really convenient (as was the hose by the door to rinse sand off before going in). Sara was easy to communicate with, and worked with me to figure out a convenient check-out time (for an extra fee). The listing was a bit confusing to me, in that your rental isn't right on the beach, but rather behind the owner's house, which is. However, there's a...
