« Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. « The room was nice and clean. It appeared to be recently remodeled with new tile floor, bathroom, sink, and toilet. The air-conditioning and the heat worked well. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and informative. The room could use thicker window treatment as the outside lights shone through the blinds. Though the toilet was new, it was quite tall and hard for me, a short person, to use. The faucet in the bathroom needs to be tightened down. I would recommend that the owner caulk...

« Très bon accueil, un beau motel, ambiance familiale pour ce week-end de fête nationale du 4 juillet. Chambre simple mais avec tout le confort pour passer de bonnes nuits, elle donne sur l'arrière sur un pré, où de petits lapins trottent le matin :) Accès facile pour se rendre à Alexandria Bay et l'incontournable château Boldt. »

« The staff was outstanding, friendly and ready to help with any needs. We didn't have any maintenance issues but I did see a couple people who did and the staff immediately took care of any issues.
