« Le site web de Radisson annonce une navette entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel gratuite et disponible 24/24. Ce qui est faux. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour se rendre à l’hôtel (après une attente de plusieurs minutes et constatant qu’aucune navette de passait). Une fois rendu à l’hotel, nous nous sommes informés sur la navette annoncée (car nous avions pris cet hôtel spécifiquement pour le service de navette) et la réponse fut qu’au Navette n’existait et qu’il fallait prendre un taxi qu’il pouvait...

« Solid hotel in Amritsar, safe and secure. Good room with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Short tuk-tuk ride to the Golden Temple - we befriended Deep and his team of drivers outside the hotel and they got us safely to everywhere we wanted including restaurants and the airport. I would recommend them highly. Good, solid hotel that won’t disappoint »

« It’s a lovely hotel well situated fit the city centre and not far from the Wagah border. The food is great and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. My only observation is that you can get some noise from other guests in corridors and them moving furniture around in their rooms. I suppose it’s because of the concrete construction. Having said all of that, I would definitely stay here again Sadly there is no bar, but there is a stall just up the road (25 yards away) that sells wine and beer...

« Quite(er) location on upscale mall road, mid way from station and golden temple. Normal rooms are large sized compared to all new hotels, well maintained with wheelchair space. Highly recommended for family. Only downside lawn partly converted to parking. »

« Staff and everyone was great. Unfortunately the journey from airport to hotel was rough. When we called the number listed on the confirmation email, they were not able to assist us in directions to the hotel. They should be more prepared to welcome guests and help them get to the hotel safely. Staff were friendly and the server for breakfast upstairs was really nice. The breakfast included was delicious. »
