« I’m from another country and recently planned a trip to Guangzhou, China. I chose Rezen Premier Hotel. Its name sounds culturally rich and makes me feel comfortable. Back in my home country, hotels with names like this always thrive and enjoy good fortune, so I wanted to share in this good luck too. The front desk staff offer wonderful service and answer all my questions patiently. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, plus there are direct shuttle buses to Hong Kong and...

« The area was nice the staff was friendly and room and description was spot on ! I would stay there again! »

« This is a very clean and pleasant hotel. I greatly appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned and the towels changed every day. I also appreciated the laundry service. The staff are genuinely friendly, but the language barrier—particularly regarding English—makes communication difficult. The Wi-Fi connection, however, is very poor. As for breakfast, the establishment should offer more American-style dishes, as the hotel's clientele consists of more than just Chinese guests. Furthermore, it...

« There was no airport shuttle »

« Beautiful hotel and great services »

« Maybe a TOP hotel…in the past!! But they must have forgot to develop as the floors were dirty and the room smelled of mold. The breakfast was very poor and there was generally low level og hygiene. I will not come back! »

« Impeccable »

« The room was spotless and incredibly well thought out — automated curtains, TV, and even a smart toilet. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the complimentary toiletries were clean and complete, which made me feel truly comfortable and at ease. The hotel is newly opened and very clean, with a laundry room and fitness equipment available. It was quiet at night, and the room itself was spotless. I really appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, the late-night noodles at 9 PM, and the solid...

« Very good hotel »

« The room is very comfortable. The bedding was superb. The staff very nice and helpful. It is located in a shopping center which is very convenient for eating. Many options of restaurants. The only complaint was the internet, a little slow. And if you are a light sleeper you will need some earplugs. Other than that, I absolutely recommend this hotel. »
