Dissapointing given the price...
At check-in, 5 people 2 desks open but only one welcoming people. I had to wait for 30min to get my room key.
In the room, wifi hardly usable and had to use my phone as hotspot. Impossible to have a decent pressure in the shower with warm water. It also took 15min to check out although the room had been prepaid.
No what you expect from a 4 star hotel....
