Conveniently located only a few kilometres away from Toulouse, our cozy 27m2 studio is the ideal destination for a wonderful getaway. Discover the charming region on a bike or drive to the Vallée de la Save and the Forest of Bouconne when you're not exploring Toulouse. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!

Our cozy STUDIO has a mezzanine with 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. After exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable, air-conditioned space and curl up to enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with TNT! You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM, which features a bathtub and a separate WC.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of hotplates, a microwave, and a mini-fridge.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Résid'Price where our studio is conveniently located. Guest services are available on-site to ensure a stress-free stay. If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE outdoor parking on-site!

Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay. An end of stay cleaning is included!

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Le Fabuleux Thé Vert, only 4 minutes away on foot! Pick up some groceries at Carrefour Express, a 13-minute drive from the property. Explore the area and head toward the Merville Labyrinth and the Merville castle, only 3 minutes away. Our space is conveniently located close to the Parc des Expositions et Centre de Conventions de Toulouse.

• Bed linens are available for €16/bed/week
• Bath linens are €12/kit/person
• Watch a show on the TV, which features foreign channels (English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)!
• Cleaning kits are available for €3.90/kit
• Beds made upon arrival are available for €10/bed (upon reservation)
• Housekeeping (excluding kitchenette) is available upon request for €22
• Baby bed and baby chairs are available upon reservation for €5/day - subject to availability
• Please let us know if you would like to bring a pet and we will do our best to accommodate them
• Early check-in, from 11 am, is possible for an additional fee of €75/apartment (subject to availability)
• Additional equipment including an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, maintenance products needed to clean floors, and small appliances (electric adapter, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, etc.) are available at the reception (paid or unpaid) and must be returned after use
