Large and bright apartment in Toscolano Maderno with a private terraced garden, inside a residential complex with a swimming pool overlooking the lake.



The apartment welcomes guests with a large and bright living room characterized by wide windows and furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a fan, a dining table with chairs and the fully equipped kitchen coming also with a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. From the living room, through a french window, there is access to the terraced garden equipped with a table and comfortable armchairs to relax in the open air and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each one equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, fan and access to the terraced garden through a french window, from which guests can enjoy a lovely lake view.

A large wardrobe located in the corridor is available to both bedrooms. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.



Guests can also benefit from the wonderful lake view swimming pool and the parking, which is located outside the complex.



The swimming pool will be open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September.



*The road leading to the accommodation is narrow and steep but still accessible.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



*A new residential complex is being built next to the facility. This may result in several works and disturbance of the peace.



Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.



The apartment is about 40 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and from Brescia-Montichiari airport.
