In addition to the private jacuzzi, guests of Villa Cà Pietra have access to a beautiful shared panoramic swimming pool, which is shared with four other residential units. The pool is located on a nearby property and can be reached via a charming nature trail of approximately 300 metres. Surrounded by greenery and offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape, it provides an additional opportunity to relax and fully enjoy the peace, tranquillity, and natural beauty of Lake Garda during your stay.

Inside, the living area welcomes guests with the timeless elegance of traditional Italian style, perfectly combined with a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with every convenience. On the ground floor, the elegant double bedroom is air-conditioned and features direct access to the panoramic terrace and private jacuzzi, allowing guests to wake up to stunning views of Lake Garda. Also on this level is a refined marble-finished bathroom with a walk-in shower.



On the first floor, exposed wooden beams create a warm and authentic atmosphere throughout the sleeping area. Here you will find a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. The double bedroom is air-conditioned, while the twin bedroom is not equipped with air conditioning. From the double bedroom, a charming traditional doorway leads to a private terrace with spectacular views over the lake and surrounding hills, a secluded corner perfect for enjoying peaceful moments and unforgettable scenery.

The upper floor is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for unwinding after a day spent exploring the beauty of Lake Garda.

The villa offers complete peace and privacy while remaining within easy reach of local amenities. Access is via an unpaved road that winds through woodland and olive groves, leading to this hidden oasis. The centre of Toscolano Maderno can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car, where guests will find a beautiful lakeside promenade, beaches, restaurants, shops, and ferry connections to some of the most picturesque destinations around Lake Garda.
