Set against Southern Utah’s dramatic mesas and expansive skies, this Scandinavian-inspired mirror home blends into the surrounding landscape. Designed with 3 walls of immersive glass that reflects the beauty outside, Reflections offers a stay that feels private, peaceful, and entirely unique — placing you in the heart of the desert while surrounding you with elevated simplicity.



SPACE

Located 20 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park, Reflections is a convenient base for exploring Southern Utah. Visit Cathedral Valley, ride the off-road trails at Swing Arm City, or tour the Mars Desert Research Station. After a full day out, return to a quiet desert setting with wide-open views.



This modern studio features clean Scandinavian design and a mirrored exterior that reflects the surrounding mesas while adding daytime privacy. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides provides expansive desert views. Remote-controlled shades fully close for privacy and light control in the evening.



Each studio includes:

• Private bathroom

• Air conditioning

• Radiant heated floors

• Mini fridge, microwave, single-burner cooktop, and coffee maker



Guests also have access to shared amenities including lounge seating, fire pits, corn hole, an outdoor projector, and a reservable sauna.



Each unit includes a private outdoor seating area, hammock, and fire pit.



Reflections is a small development with just eight units, offering a quieter stay with thoughtful shared spaces. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or as a basecamp for exploring the area.



ACCESS

Each unit has it's own dedicated outdoor area along with access to a central communal area with a dining table, video projector, lounge seating fire pits. There is a communal sauna that can be booking for an additional fee.



NOTES

IMPORTANT, please read.

- Each unit is 234 sq ft. These are small studio homes that can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people. There is a small closet and cabinet for storage of personal belongings.

- During daylight hours the glass walls are mirrored from the exterior for complete privacy. After dark, they are completely see through from the outside when the lights are on. Each unit is equipped with remote control shades for your desired level of privacy.
