« We loved the property, The area is great. Architecture is fantastic. We were visiting Adelaide to see family. I grew up in Woodville and fished off the Semaphore jetty many times. My father was a musician and sang at the Palais. Great memories. The beach is easily accessible and great for walking your dog. »

« It was a great house for a group of people loved the area. some maintenance is needed - Toilet leaking on floor cistern broken ,running out of water while in shower ,9 people unable to use toilet in the morning the manager addressed this quickly but water pressure took a long time to come through ,a better pump is needed, shower fan not working ,a little garden maintenance .As a food safety supervisor I do not recommend leaving opened food in fridge and pantry ,you don't know how long it has...
