The ground floor is completed with the family shower room. The first room has a double bed and the second has twin beds.

The cottage is conveniently located on the main road that leads right down to the sea front within a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. It is also in the prime position to enjoy many of the local attractions, including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum.
View the coast from a different perspective by enjoying a scenic ferry crossing to the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham or taking a fishing trip. For those who like to keep their feet on firm ground, the Southwest Coastal Path with its fantastic scenery is within walking distance. We have soundproofed the windows for the benefit of guests. There is also a pedestrian crossing nearby. The nearest parking is opposite the cottage on Parkfield Road. It's free and close by.
