The elegant navy blue kitchen has been fitted with high quality modern fittings, quartz worktops and everything you could need to cook up a storm and the dining area is the perfect setting to gather around whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. The ground floor is completed with the family shower room. After a busy day, nothing beats retiring upstairs to the comfortable bedrooms with blissfully soft bed linen, wooden shutters and ample storage for clothes. The first room has a double bed and the second has twin beds.

The cottage is conveniently located on the main road that leads right down to the sea front within a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. It is also in the prime position to enjoy many of the local attractions, including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum.
View the coast from a different perspective by enjoying a scenic ferry crossing to the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham or taking a fishing trip. For those who like to keep their feet on firm ground, the Southwest Coastal Path with its fantastic scenery is within walking distance. When the sun sets over the English Riviera, choose from an eclectic mix of restaurants showcasing the finest in West Country dining. Note: The cottage is conveniently located on a road that's 5–10 minutes drive away from a few popular beaches; therefore, it can get busy at times. We have soundproofed the windows for the benefit of guests. There is also a pedestrian crossing nearby. The nearest parking is opposite the cottage on Parkfield Road. It's free and close by.
