Westerlands apartment is a ground floor apartment located just outside the beautiful village of Cockington. It is a stone’s throw from Livermead beach and a short walking distance from Torquay beaches and Cockington Country Park. It is midway between Torquay and Paignton. It is a few minutes walk from Torquay train station and there are good bus links from the end of the road to explore Torbay. A very short walk from Torquay beach just across the road, with an array of restaurants and bars along the seafront leading onto the Marina. As you enter the property guests find themselves in the entrance hallway which is open with the kitchen area. Just off of the entrance hallway there is door leading to a small room containing single sofa bed, a very handy room to be used as an additional bedroom or a playroom for children. Another door leads from the hallway to the shower room for the property. To the right hand side of the kitchen leads into a double bedroom and to the left into the lounge/dining area with TV and double sofa bed. There are also small French doors leading from the living area to the outside lawned communal area. Whether guests are visiting the area to take in all that Torquay has to offer or venturing further afield to explore the rest of the beautiful English Riviera and South Hams, Westerlands apartment is a great base to start.
2 small dogs welcome providing they are not allowed off lead in the communal garden and are not left alone in the flat.
There are low ceilings throughout the property.
There is a dehumidifier in the kitchen that will come on overnight, however, there are instructions in the property on how to operate this and turn off if required.
