« Property was great and ticked all the boxes. It would be nice to have off-street parking within the property grounds, but apart from that, we would recommend it with no hesitation. My only issue was that the "Stayz" site never actually sent me any check-in information so I had to Google to find the actual location and email the owner. It would be good if there was a mobile number available to contact the owner during the process, but this is by no means a critisism of the property or the hosts. »

« Quaint cottage which we like. Very quiet. Spacious. No restaurant anymore which is a shame as we enjoyed it last time we stayed. »

« The location was a convenient walking distance from the sights of Queenscliff. The property was lovely, the verandah was a pleasant sheltered spot for lunch, and the wood fire and LP record player made for a cosy night inside. »

« A cosy, clean and comfortable cottage which is very dog friendly. Loved the fire! Situated in a quiet bush setting. Lots of bird life. Great to see the wattle blossoms. »

« Loved the relaxed nature of the stay, we really relaxed and the children enjoyed the animals. We took a while to get used to living closely to neighbours but we all respected each other and it wasnt noisy - the frogs sang at night and alpacas wandered up to say Hello. All in all a wonderful short break »

« We absolutely loved staying at Peppercorn and wished we could have stayed longer! Our plans had us out for the majority of the second day and we felt we had not given ourselves enough time to explore. The beautiful house and surrounds truly were so peaceful - apart from the birds chatting! Would absolutely recommend to family and friends and will rearrange future trips to get back there again! »

« Had such a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home! So cozy and welcoming. My friends and I absolutely loved the warmth this house gave, overall we had such a lovely time. The only fault I will give this house is the toilet doesn’t flush properly, all my friends and I had troubles using it and often had to flush multiple times! Apart from that, it was a perfect place to enjoy each other’s company and definitely would stay again! Thank you Tyson :) »

« The fire place is a cracker ! Only downside is that there is only one bathroom in the master bedroom . The cottage is better for a getaway for couples. »

« Great property for 4 couples, 3 bathrooms a plus, central location. Kitchen very well equiped. Great outdoor area. Need to provide linen and towels or can be hired. A key lock at the house would make check in more streamlined. Picking up and dropping key off in Pt Lonsdale is not ideal, especially to have keys back by 10.00am. Although we were able to drop off at midday. Highly recommend this property. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Love Shack. Very peaceful and serene which is what we both needed. Our 2 dogs had an absolute ball there. This is our second time there and we certainly will be back again. »

« Our family enjoyed this property. Lots of land to explaore and many activities to entertain children. It is unfortunate the pool was not as heated as we were expecting, may be due to insufficient sun for solar heating. Lovely stay »

« We loved our weekend here. The cottage has absolutely everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Easy walk to the centre of town, cafes and to the boat ramp. Our host Brad was so helpful and provided all the help we needed to get the most out of our stay. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for comfort and location! »

« Dernier stop sur la Great Ocean road, ce camping était parfait pour se reposer et préparer notre prochaine étape. Notre arrivée était tardive, mais tout était prêt pour que le check-in se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. Idem pour le check-out. »

« Beautiful location, pool, beach so close. Great bathroom, nice view. Lots of good utensils in the kitchen, however two main concens: 1. Checkin complicated, as had to go to a storage unit for key pickup, which also needed access codes. Also could have used 2 sets of keys, but not supplied. 2. Fridge very small for a week long stay. On the whole would have given 5 stars, but our two concerns brought it down a bit. Thank you. »
