NOTE: Building management will require us to send the Primary guest's photo ID for registration.



Note: The amenity floor, including the pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna, is currently under construction and unavailable until further notice.



Heads-up: the building is operating with one elevator at the moment. It runs smoothly, but you may experience longer than usual wait times.



The Space:

Welcome to my stylish apartment with a den in the center of Toronto, with an easy and comfortable stay! As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere with all your necessities needed for your trip. The condo features a dedicated workspace where you can focus on your work. Head out to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and stunning city views.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a large fridge and stove.



IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.



➤The Den area has NO sliding privacy doors or curtains.



➤ Please note that access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.



The Neighborhood:

Experience a great stay in the neighborhood of 300 Front St West where you'll be placed at the heart of all the action in the entertainment district. This location is in the Waterfront Communities-The Island neighborhood in Toronto, right where the pulse of the city beats strongest; with a fantastic view of the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre, stands Toronto's newest landmark.



Getting Around:

300 Front Street West is a Rider’s Paradise which means world-class public transportation are accessible. This location is the 7th most walkable neighborhood in Toronto with a neighborhood Walk Score of 92 and car sharing is also available from Zipcar!



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



➤ Before booking, please note that building management will require us to send the Primary guest's photo ID for registration. Upon arrival, guests are required to show an ID to the front desk with a name that matches the one sent to management via registration for verification.



➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please be advised that access to the Pool and other amenities cannot be guaranteed at all times due to the possibility of high demand. Thank you for your understanding.
