THE BUILDING & NEIGHBOURHOOD
The James Cooper Mansion is a historical heritage site, which is used as an amenity space directly connected with the condominium tower. Enjoy the publicly-accessible sculpture garden in front of the entrace, lounge in our lobby, or work out in the communal gym (after which you can hop into the steam room to relax).

This is a quiet street just a hop skip away from the hussle and bustle of what downtown Toronto is really like. The TTC subway station is literally 2 minutes away, and Sherbourne Street has bike lanes that are connecting it to the rest of the city's neighbourhoods.

We are nestled between the two largest heritage neighbourhoods in the city - Rosedale to the north, and Cabbagetown a 10 minute walk to the east. Stroll through the neighbourhoods and enjoy the variety of heritage buildings - mansions, apartments, but also some fabulous parks and restaurants. To the west is the Church-Wellesley Village, featuring dozens of LGBTQ+ venues - bars, restaurants, shops, clubs, etc. The Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) is also just 15 minutes away, as is the Allan Gardens Conservatory,

The bedroom features a super comfortable queen sized bed, and has a walk-in closet that you can fully use. Linens and sheets with some extras are at your disposal.

The full bathroom includes a tub, toilet, and sink vanity. All your necessities are included - toiletries and cleaning supplies, in case you need those.

Full in-suite laundry with washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. Extra towels are included.

Balcony features an outdoor table with two lounge chairs and a bench. Plants and mood lighting on the balcony as well.
