Spacious 4BR House in North York Near Transit (Yonge & Sheppard)
Welcome to a beautifully appointed home in the heart of North York. One of Toronto’s most exclusive, peaceful and centrally located neighborhoods.
Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street yet walking distance to Yonge St. right between the busy Sheppard and Finch Subway Stations, with lots of shops and restaurants minutes away. 10mins drive to the 401. This spacious 4B2B residence offers the perfect blend of serenity, comfort, and prime location. Ideal for families, business travelers, or groups.
This listing is for the main floor of a beautifully renovated, wide open concept house (the basement is occupied by a long-term tenant with separate access).
4 Spacious bedrooms with 2 queen-sized beds , 1 bunk bed and the master bedroom with a big king size bed! (Pack & Play and high chair available upon request).
We are pet friendly and has an in-unit washer and dryer.
2 car tandem parking on the right side of the driveway.
Backyard is fenced and shared with basement tenants.
Location:
-We are a 20 minutes scenic walk from Yonge Street or North York Center subway station.
-8 minutes from a bus stop on Senlac Rd., which has frequent buses going to Shepard Subway Station.
-10 minutes walk to at least 4 play parks for families with kids.
-There’s also Green P parking near to North York Center subway station at very reasonable rates as an alternative to driving and parking downtown.
-12 minutes drive to Roger’s Stadium.
-30 minutes drive to Canada Wonderland
-30 minutes drive to downtown Toronto
Important note:
Parties and large gatherings of more than the number of allowed guests are prohibited.
We strictly adhere to our quiet hours policy after 11pm, as the basement is occupied by a long-term tenant with separate access.
• Self check in with key pad.
• Guests will have access to the entire ground floor, back and front yard of the home.
• Basement is tenanted and access doors are locked.
• Guests will have access to the right side of the driveway.
• Please note that the garage is not accessible.
We have arranged lawn mowing. The lawn mowing company's schedule is not predictable. Please don't be alarmed if you see someone with a lawnmower.
Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety.
Snow removal:
Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 5 cm, with the service expected to arrive within 24 hours. A shovel is available for guest use; if it is missing, please contact us. Salt is provided, please use accordingly to prevent slips or falls, which we are not responsible for.
Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
From November to April, the backyard is not maintained due to winter conditions.
For the safety of our guests there are cameras to the outside of the house only. We take no responsibility if the camera's recording is down due to any reason.
There are following cameras at the exterior of this property monitoring the following areas:
-One on the door lock of the main entrance to the house.
-One at the top of the garage doors monitoring the property driveway.
-One at the backyard monitoring the backyard.
-One at the side of the house (right side of the house if facing the main entrance) monitoring the side of the house.
-One at the back walkway of the house where the bins are located.
By booking the house you accept the above terms.
