With its own separate entrance, this bright and comfortable guest suite offers an exceptional range of private amenities. Relax in the private sauna, enjoy a movie on the home cinema/projector, work out in the well-equipped gym, or unwind with a game of pool.

The suite features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet, a private bathroom with shower, a comfortable living/lounge area, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. A coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, mugs and a convenient breakfast/bar area are also provided.

Multiple windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space for a relaxing stay.

Located in peaceful Nobleton in King Township, the suite offers a quiet countryside setting while remaining conveniently connected to Vaughan, Kleinburg, Bolton and the surrounding GTA.

Nature lovers can enjoy nearby parks and trails, including Cold Creek Conservation Area, Nobleton trails and York Regional Forest, with opportunities for walking, hiking and enjoying the area's beautiful scenery.

Guests can also explore Kleinburg Village and nearby Vaughan attractions, including the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, Canada's Wonderland and Vaughan Mills.

A vehicle is recommended for exploring the area, and free on-site parking is provided.

Guest access & privacy

The suite occupies the lower level of our family home. We live separately upstairs and respect our guests' privacy.

Guests have their own private entrance and private use of the suite and all listed amenities. The washer and dryer are the only shared facilities and are shared with the homeowners.

The space is best suited to one or two quiet, respectful guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Visitors & gatherings

Small daytime gatherings or additional visitors may be considered with prior host approval. Additional fees and conditions may apply depending on the number of visitors and nature of the gathering.

Parties and events are not permitted, and the maximum overnight occupancy is two registered guests.
