Perfectly located in one of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential setting and a 2 minute walk to Bayview Avenue where you’ll be surrounded by the best of Leaside: multicultural restaurants (including the MICHELIN star rated Indian Street Food), cafés, bakeries, pubs, local grocery shops (including the exceptional Cumbrae's Butcher Shop) and boutiques with easy TTC access within walking distance for convenient access to the downtown core. We are also a 6 minute drive from Sunnybrook Hospital.

Cleaning & Safety
Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before guests arrive. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. Extra cleaning supplies are available for your peace of mind.
You will not have access to on-site laundry but there are dry cleaners and laundromats in close proximity.

Parking
Guests have full access to the driveway with room for 2 cars.
Street parking permits are not required but please adhere to the street parking rules.

Guest Access
The main and second level of the home is yours to enjoy, except for the basement and a closet that are locked for our use only - please do not access these areas.

💛 Please Note
This is our family’s primary residence, and we kindly ask guests to treat it with care and respect. NO VAPING inside the home (you are more than welcome to use the outdoors). Our home is not available for parties, events, large gatherings, or disruptive behaviour. We love our neighbours and value the peaceful spirit of our community.
