***PARKING***
There is free parking on the driveway for three cars, no garage parking. If there are more than three cars, you can find public parking. You'll need to ask about the Milton City website.

***NOTE***
You will rent the entire house. You will NOT share any house amenities with anyone.

***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
Our professional cleaners will wash all linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, towels, etc.) for you. The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before each guest's arrival. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.

Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival.

Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage, which may lead to possible charges.

Garage access is NOT available. You will receive complete check-in instructions a day before your check-in time.

Property is monitored with exterior cameras & noise monitoring system. No late night parties allowed please

Guests with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay. This will be requested during the booking process, collected via Airbnb and returned to the guest upon departure and inspection by our cleaner assuming there have been no house rules violations or damages. We appreciate hosting respectful guests and this surety helps us maintain this.
