Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire main house and backyard during their stay.

Please note there is a separate downstairs apartment with its own private entrance. The connecting door inside the home will remain locked at all times, and no one else will have access to your living space.

The backyard is primarily for guest use and enjoyment. Occasionally, you may see the downstairs tenant briefly walking through the backyard to access the garage located at the rear of the property.

Other things to note
• This home is my primary residence. While I make every effort to remove personal items before each stay, guests may notice some personal belongings, and a few closets or cupboards will remain closed.

• No pets allowed.

• No laundry on-site, but a laundromat is conveniently located directly across the street.

• The neighborhood residential and peaceful, though weekends and street festival days can feel lively due to the area’s popular restaurants, cafés, and bars.
