You’ll have complete privacy, as the entire home is exclusively yours to enjoy. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities provided!

3. Please do not smoke inside our home.
4. Late Check out: Subject to availability, subject to minimum $100 for reschedule of cleaning and additional $100 per hour
5. Please leave the place tidy. If our home is left unreasonably filthy, you’ll be charged an extra $150 for a deep clean.
6. Follow the garbage rules.
7. Please keep quiet after 11pm to respect the neighbours
8. If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your property, you will be charged ($150 per key)
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in a penalty.
