« Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful. »

« I had a lovely single room with a small fridge and a fan which made a big difference in this heat. My ensuite shower worked well. The toilet was outside the room..which was less convenient though. The room was on the first floor and I have slight mobility issues so that was a bit tricky but James took my luggage up and brought it back down for me..and I got more used to the stairs. The Guest house is clean and bright..and the owners James and Christine are lovely.and friendly. I hope to return...

« Location was good. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. The b and b was very clean. Room was upgraded and we had a lovely view. Breakfast was very good. Sarah and Paul were excellent hosts. Made us feel very at home. We will definately be back. »

« Nothing to dislike. Claire and Steve were the perfect hosts. Breakfast hot all the right spots. Claire and Steve were always on hand to give advice and recommendations on where to go for sightseeing or eating. They have not been in the property for too long and yes something's do need a bit of attention, but you can see what they doing. Rome was not built in a day. « Had a wonderful stay at the Sandpiper. From the moment of arrival it was the perfect guest house experience. I felt welcome and "at home". My room was lovely, and comfortable, and the breakfast room and lounge were also great. And the quality of the breakfast was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Torquay! « We stayed in Heathcliff House for a couple nights in August and had a very pleasant stay. Alex and Stacey were both really welcoming and the breakfast was lovely which catered for vegetarians (a huge factor for me!). The car park was also a bonus for us, however the beach and town centre were both in walking distance and public transport very close by too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Torquay 😊 »
