« Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

« L'appartement est toujours très propre à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas à le nettoyer à notre départ une dame de ménage le fait; nous faisons attention de ne pas salir c'est facile car la disposition de la cuisine est bien organisée. Les vacances sont donc très agréables. Nous remercions Mme Ellis pour la déco soignée et pour ses délicates attentions ( panier pour le petit déjeuner.) »
