« It wasn't the room we thought we were getting (different photos which are misleading). It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose). « It makes Fawlty Towers look professional, friendly and clean. Couldn't quite believe this is a functioning institution. The fact they refuse to refund the booking only adds insult to injury. Shame on Hotels.com for even listing this place. And shame for them not protecting their users by refunding themselves. »

« Great location for exploring Paignton town and travelling around Devon. Accommodation was great with the benefit of a patio. Kitchen could have done with more utensils and upgrades on pans but managed to cook on a wet day in. Disappointed that there was no cafeteria as one in the photos. Also only 1 toilet roll as was there for 7 days. Host was quick to respond. Thank you. »

« We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future. »
