Where will I be?

Clover Hill Cottage is perfectly situated between Berry, Gerringong, and Gerroa, offering you easy access to both the coast and charming local villages. In less than 10 minutes, you can be swimming at the beach or browsing the boutique shops and cafes in Berry or Gerringong. The region is famous for its lush green pastures and scenic wineries, ideal for a relaxing day out. Seven Mile Beach, the closest beach, is just a 5-minute drive away in Gerroa, and the beautiful Kangaroo Valley is only 30 minutes by car.

How is the property laid out?

Main House:
- Living Area: The open living room, with bifold doors that lead onto the deck, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
- Dining and Sitting Room: Located next to the living area, the dining room and cozy sitting room feature a charming fireplace.
- Kitchen: The separate, light-filled kitchen offers scenic views and is equipped with a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso (original line) pods. There is also a coffee machine that used ground coffee beans.
- Bedrooms: There are two Queen size bedrooms in the main house.
- Bathroom and Toilet: The shared bathroom and separate toilet are situated toward the back of the house.

Cottage:
- Layout: Located separate but near the main house, the cottage has an open-plan queen size bedroom with an adjoining single bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed, and a shared bathroom.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

Clover Hill has a smart TV. Please bring your own logins to access streaming services.

Clover Hill Cottage is equipped with a smart TV, so you can stream your favourite shows and movies. Please remember to bring your own logins for Netflix and other streaming services.

We also provide complimentary WiFi. While the house has a reliable NBN connection, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. In the rare case of any issues, no compensation will be offered, so if WiFi is crucial for your stay, we recommend having a backup plan just in case.

What about outdoors?

Clover Hill Cottage sits on a beautiful one-acre property with sweeping 280-degree views of the coast, mountains, and lush green pastures. The covered verandah offers a comfortable spot to sit and take in the stunning surroundings, no matter the weather. A large deck with pizza oven, dining table and chairs provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals or simply enjoying the fresh air. The spacious block features lovely gardens and ample lawn space, giving your kids and pets plenty of room to run around and explore. It’s an ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature in comfort and tranquility.

Staying warm or keeping cool

Clover Hill Cottage is equipped to keep you comfortable year-round. The main living area features a cozy combustion fireplace for warmth during colder months, along with a reverse cycle air conditioner for both heating and cooling.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

At Clover Hill Cottage, we provide high-quality sheets and bath towels to ensure a comfortable stay. However, if you plan on heading to the beach, please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is parking for 3 cars and a boat.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Clover Hill Cottage is a pet-friendly property, and we’re happy to welcome your furry friends! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

No wet pets indoors: Please avoid bringing wet or dirty dogs into the house.
- Furniture and bedding: Keep pets off the beds and furniture to maintain cleanliness.
- Waste disposal: Bag and dispose of pet waste properly.
- Clean-up: Make sure to clean up any pet hair or messes inside the house before you check out.
- Supervision: Do not leave pets unattended in the house.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
