« My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool.

« No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. »

« Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. »
