The main home is private w/ 624sf and has 1 bedroom. You will use our electronic lock to enter from the relaxing front porch w/ porch swing into the spacious living room. There is a new sofa as well as fold out sleeping chair.

The 55' TCL SmartTV features streaming services such as Roku, Sling, HBO Max, Netflix etc. You may use our Sling acct free or log into your favorite streaming services. Speedy Wi-fi is provided. The wifi password is in your "trips" section of the VRBO app.

Charming kitchen w/ SW 2022 color of the year Evergreen Fog, NEW black/SS appliances added in spring 2024 & NEW full sized washer and dryer FREE for you to use. We also replaced all pots and pans with a new set in 2024. Plates, bowls, cups, glasses, knives, kitchen towels, & oil/vinegar, salt & pepper, kitchen utensils and a cookie sheet are in the kitchen, as well as a toaster, microwave, blender & refrigerator/freezer. We keep a Brita pitcher in the fridge so our guests can have filtered water. There are some cleaning supplies and pest items under the kitchen sink cabinet. Sometimes items walk off or we arent aware they got broken, so please be kind if something in the above list is missing. We do ensure to provide items you'd find in a standard hotel room.

This home boasts a Keurig coffee maker & we leave Kcups & creamer out for our guests.

There is a dedicated office space & dining cove featuring table & 4 chairs.

The main house bedroom has a new queen bed w/ plush memory foam mattress, lux linens & black out curtains. There is a night stand, foot stool & closet w/ hangers in this bedroom that houses extra linens and a Shark vacuum.

The bath has newly refinished tub & shower wand w/ black hardware. Ample towels and some toiletries available. There is a blowdryer under the bathroom sink. Please note the bathroom is small, but full sized w/ good water pressure and ample hot water.

The main house has baseboard heating and a mini split AC Unit w/ remote.

The detached guest house has around 350sf w/ the 2nd bedroom and includes an additional living space. The guest house is also private. It features a bunk set w/ Full over twin bed. 43' Smart TV w/ streaming services available or use our Sling acct free. There is also a table w/ 2 chairs for games. There is a leather couch, as well as a new small refrigerator. The french doors open to the newly built sitting area. Older kids will love this space! We even have a couple board games there! The guest house has baseboard heating and a wall AC unit.

Please note that the main house sleeps 3 and the guest house sleeps 3, they are not attached but very close in proximity.

This home is a short drive to locations such as Toledo Zoo, Toledo Museum of Art, Glass City Center, Stranahan Theatre I75 and 475 & more! This home is located in Sylvania TWP, off of Central Ave in a residential neighborhood.

Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.

Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.

By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.

Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $90, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays while sleeping 6 guests. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. VRBO reviews of 4 stars or less can result in the listing getting kicked off of the platform. We are open to honest feedback. We do our best to allow pets and provide an affordable & clean home. Our homes are historic, and sometimes behave accordingly. Thank you for not leaving a bad review over something disclosed in our ad.

This is a private home in a residential neighborhood. The entire home and guest house are yours to use. The hosts do not live onsite. Ample parking available in the gravel driveway. Guests will access the home and guest house w/ a smart lock passcode.

The home and guest house are pet friendly. Please note that the yard is NOT fenced in. The location is on a quiet residential street in Sylvania Township near I -475, 23, I -75, University of Toledo, Toledo Zoo etc. Also located close to shopping and restaurants as its near the Secor/Central Corridor.
