Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Assumption of Risk:

By reserving and staying at the Property, you acknowledge and accept that your stay involves risks that may result in serious injury or death. These risks include, but are not limited to, drowning, slips, trips, falls, cuts, adverse weather, actions of other guests or visitors, and the condition of the Property or its equipment. Other known or unknown risks may also result in injury or death.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and stay at the Property, you agree—on behalf of yourself, your family, your guests, and any minors in your care—to assume all risks. You further agree to release and hold harmless the host/owner, its members, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releases”) from any and all liability or claims arising from your stay.
