BEDROOMS
This home offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each room is crafted to provide a restful and stylish retreat.
Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): The master bedroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, a 58` smart TV, a dedicated work station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and an ensuite full bathroom for added convenience.
Bedroom 2 (Second Floor): This space boasts a Queen bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylight. A ceiling fan and air conditioning ensure comfort during warm summer nights.
Bedroom 3 (First Floor): This spacious room includes a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning, making it a cozy retreat for guests.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor): Perfect for families or groups, this room features a bunk bed with a full bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and a pull-out Twin trundle. The bunk beds have a weight limit of 200 lbs per bed (maximum one adult or two children per bed). Air conditioning adds to the comfort of this playful and functional space.
BATHROOMS
This home features two full bathrooms, each meticulously maintained and stocked with essentials. Bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-quality towels enhance the experience. Complimentary toiletries—including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—are provided for your group’s convenience.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts! It includes all the essentials: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glassware, and more. Modern appliances such as a dual coffee brewer (with Keurig maker), blender, microwave, double oven, and full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice make meal preparation effortless.
The dining area seats 8 guests comfortably and includes a high chair for the little ones.
The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment with a 50` TV and an entertainment center stocked with games. Cozy couches filled with pillows and blankets create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights or quiet evenings in. The couch also pulls out into a Queen bed that sleeps two additional guests. Safety features such as corner protectors on furniture edges and a gate at the top and bottom of the stairs ensure peace of mind for families with young children.
WELLNESS LOFT The second-floor loft has been converted to a Wellness Loft with pelaton, yoga mat with yoga blocks, resistance bands, oil diffuser, and Himalayan salt lamp for your ultimate wellness retreat. For families traveling with little ones, you’ll find a Pack`n Play and high chair conveniently stored in the closet.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to enjoy the home’s inviting outdoor amenities! The patio features a propane grill (with tools) for barbecues and a fire pit perfect for cozy evenings under the stars—firewood can be purchased locally. Relax in the private hot tub that seats six or enjoy al fresco dining or morning coffee on the back patio.

The HOA requires a Google Form be filled out with reservation and vehicle information AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to check in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fine charged to the guest. The google form will be sent immediately upon booking.
The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy.

This home is located within a gated community, and you’ll need to complete a registration form prior to your arrival. The link to the form will be sent once your reservation is confirmed. Please submit this form at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a $75 expedited processing fee will be charged. To ensure access to the community, registration forms must be submitted 48 hours before your arrival. Note that you will need your driver`s license and registration when checking in at the gate.
You can purchase amenities passes for $12 per person per day at any pool location. These passes provide access to community pools (available from Memorial Day to Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (available from July 1st to Labor Day).
Note that the fireplace is decorative only - No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors. - No Pets Allowed - You are welcome to have guests over but please let us know if you will be doing so. We won`t say no - we just like to know who is here. - Only one adult per bunk bed allowed due to weight limit -You MUST submit your reservation and vehicle information to the HOA via the link provided at booking 48 hours in advance or risk $75 fee -Must have ID and vehicle registration at check in **please make sure to get Welcome Packet from gate at check in. If they don`t have one you will need to get it from the Welcome Center. This packet has a purple slip in it that you will need to take with you to be able to purchase the day pass for the pool/amenities.** - Please remove your shoes by the front door - If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use -We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you! - To access the community amenities, you need to purchase a day pass from any of the pool locations. The passes are $12 per guest per day - Please note that the fireplace is decorative only
