    Ce LAKE HOUSE impressionnera à coup sûr avec sa vue imprenable et son atmosphère paisible !! Notre propriété de 1500 pieds carrés, 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain pourra accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Que vous soyez d'humeur pour une escapade active ou relaxante, vous trouverez certainement ce que vous cherchez à tout moment de l'année. Cette maison est située dans une communauté agrémentée de terrains de jeux, piscine, basket-ball et courts de tennis. Notre propriété est également à quelques minutes du Kalahari Resort and Waterpark, du Mount Airy Casino Resort, de The Crossings Premium Outlets, du Claws 'n' Paws Wild Animal Park, de la Quiet Valley Historical Farm, de nombreuses brasseries, restaurants, plage, sentiers de randonnée, ski et plus!

    Au rez-de-chaussée comprend 1 chambre avec un lit queen-size et un placard, 1 salle de bain complète, cuisine, coin repas, salon avec une cheminée à bois et une immense terrasse à 3 niveaux qui s'étend jusqu'à l'eau! La cuisine comprend un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes, une cuisinière / four électrique et une cafetière. Il est également entièrement équipé d'ustensiles de cuisine et de salle à manger. Le salon comprend 2 canapés-lits (convertibles en lit), une SMART TV à écran plat de 60 pouces, une PLAYSTATION, un SYSTÈME STÉRÉO BLUETOOTH et un LECTEUR DVD BLU-RAY. Vous trouverez également de nombreux JEUX DE SOCIETE qui offriront une tonne de divertissement!

    L'étage comprend 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen-size et un placard, et 1 salle de bain complète.

    La terrasse comprend un barbecue à gaz, une salle à manger extérieure face au lac et un balançoire HAMMOCK (pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes). Nous proposons également à nos clients des CANNES DE PÊCHE et 2 KAYAKS pour une journée de détente sur le lac. L'espace extérieur dispose également d'un FIRE PIT. Allez à la pêche, nourrissez les canards ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de l'eau! Quoi que vous fassiez, vous trouverez votre expérience immensément satisfaisante et mémorable.

    Les animaux domestiques sont admis moyennant un supplément de 40 $. Si le PET FEE n'est pas payé d'avance, il sera déduit du dépôt de garantie.

V good experience

Julia is an amazing host. We had a very good time staying at this property. She is super responsive and takes v good care of her guests. We had very nice couple of days enjoying the nature and water activities.

The property was in a great location, nicely maintained and clean. Property Mangers were extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Poconos.

Genuine Lakefront Gem – Peaceful Getaway with Stunning Views

We had a fantastic stay at this lakefront cabin. The views over the private lake are absolutely stunning. The three-tier deck is perfect for relaxing, dining, or just soaking in the scenery.The cabin is clean, cozy, and well-designed, with a great mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. We loved using the kayaks and spending time on the peaceful water. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Slavik and Julia - they were incredibly welcoming, kind, and clearly put a lot of care into the property.It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature.Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort. We’ll definitely be back.

Best Deck on the Lake

Fishing and kayaking right off the deck into the lake. Yuliya was an amazing host! She catered to our every need and she was very quick to respond when we had questions about the community and the surrounding area. Shopping and amenities close by but far enough away that when at the house it feels like you’re in the woods.

Great Lake House!

The house is very nice, big bedrooms. The deck is very big and was great to hang out on. Fishing from the dock for Blue gills, crapies, ect caught alot. Took kayaks out and hit some bass and pickerel. Julia was very easy to get a hold of and checked in with us more then once to see if we needed anything.

A wonderful week on the lake

We just got home from a WONDERFUL week at this great, clean and awesome cabin and I’m already packing to come back!! Julia was more than attentive she really went over and beyond for my birthday week. When arriving I was completely surprised and thrilled to see it decorated for my birthday!! Plenty of wildlife that come greet you every morning and evening add to this charming community. Definitely a place to come with pet/kids or just a romantic getaway do not hesitate to stay here!!

He cottage was very nice but was somewhat smaller than envisioned. Also, the neighborhood was filled with litter, probably from bears but the neighborhood association should clean it up and the trash service / company should get “ bear proof” cans like the ones we used in CO.

The View!!!

So I'll start with the only little issues we had so I can get to the fantastic stuff. Our only genuine concern is the house is not stocked to cook a meal or have dinner together. The pots, pans, silverware, and plates are very limited, plus there is no dishwasher, which kinda stinks. Now on to the amazing things. The communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. Every question, concern, or idea was met with immediate promptness. Julia, the property manager was sweet, genuinely concerned for your comfort and so welcoming. She was great! Onto the property. It was clean, fresh, and perfect (other than the above). It was cozy and comfortable and we got to spend real family time together. The deck is the most amazing thing. It has so much space and beauty to relax and watch the sunset. It was our favorite part of our trip. It was perfect!!! I highly recommend the space as long as they save some dates for us to return! :)

Amazing gateaway !

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 days, and we had an amazing time . House is very clean, front porch with a lake view is just AMAZING! you can get a sun tan or just relax. You can do fishing, bbq. Roman and Julia are very friendly and easy to communicate with, had no problem with check-in or check-out. Julia took care of everything in the house, and was very helpful with all our questions. Overall we had a great time, will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. Julia was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house and property was beautiful. The property is located in a gated community. Shoprite grocery store is about 15 minutes away. During our stay, it snowed. An SUV with 4 wheel drive is a necessity especially while it’s snowing and ice on the road. We visited Camelback for snow tubing which was about a 35 minute drive or little more because of icy roads. We saw others in the community on the lake ice fishing. We definitely will be back in the summer.

View of lake from deck is very nice.

The house itself was ok. It does have a nice deck . A bit run down looking but very functional. The interior was very clean. All three bedrooms had beds that were approximately 15 inches high from floor to top of mattress. They were comfortable but very odd. The dining area is basically a very small table with two bench seats that could only sit four people at most. Not to mention they were not very sturdy.There is a nice set of table and chairs on the deck which is fine weather permitting. The house does not have a working dishwasher. It would be beneficial since all the dishes,bowls,etc. are on a open rack and need to be washed before and after use. Julia the property manager was very helpful. She kept in touch with us daily to see if everything was ok. She also left us fresh apples to enjoy. She informed us about some of the local activities that were taking place. She was a pleasure to work with. The house itself was nicely decorated in a fall theme. All in all we enjoyed our time spent there.

The home was very clean and welcoming upon entering. Such a quiet peaceful area. The deck was amazing as expected. The view was perfection. Owner and property manager very responsive and kind. Perfect mom and daughter mothers day weekend getaway!!

Wonderful lakefront view

The check in process was extremely easy. There was a heat issue with the house whereby the heat was coming on even when it wasn’t calling for it. However the maintenance person came over and solved the issue really quickly. There is a PS3 with included games. There is plenty of deck space and two levels of decks. There is no hot tub. The outside fire place is all stone and blows the heat back out at you which was nice. The place has two Kayaks. Also the deer roam the property like they are property managers. You don’t have to worry about them running wild, the mosey all over the place and it’s neat to be with wildlife so close. Two other smaller issues: 1) upstairs bathroom has no curtain so when you shower at night, people walking the road can see you. 2) upstairs bedroom has a sheen curtain that is basically see through. There are no window blinds or curtains. I would recommend this house again even without the small issues being fixed.

Excellent location, great house

We had a great week at this house. Check in was seamless and Julia even stopped by to introduce herself and make sure we knew how to reach her if needed. The house was very clean and the linens and towels were a huge perk. The location on the lake and arrangement of the deck was excellent. We spent our days on the deck reading or fishing, or on the lake in our kayaks or SUP. Great fishing right off the dock! The only negative was that the house and kitchen aren't really stocked for being IN the house. Let's be honest, we were there to spend time outside, so it wasn't a huge issue, but more comfortable living area seating or at least a more cohesive seating arrangement would be nice for rainy day board games. The kitchen was clean with plenty of storage, but the utensils were few and far between. A simple restock of new cooking utensils and knives would make it almost perfect. We would definitely stay again if we return to Lake Dresser!

While the Roman & Julia where very nice, a few things I wish would have been addressed in reviews. House sleeps 6 not 8 unless you don't like your inlaws and you make them sleep on a couch that doesn't pullout and a futon type couch. Beds are all platform and sit on floor. Hard for elder family members. Kitchen had broken cabinet drawers and dishwasher that was screwed shut. Not a stocked kitchen to cook for 6 - 8 people. The neighborhood was very disappointing. Trash everywhere, kids stole bike and was arrest in playground area, watched while taking a walk. The three tier deck was amazing and we enjoyed the kayaks and small lake. You can't swim in lake and the "beach" is the size of my 2 car driveway. I would not return to this location.

Enjoyed our trip to the Poconos. During the pandemic we wanted a place where we could relax and have plenty to do if we couldn't go out. We enjoyed the kayaks provided and brought some inflatable ones too! Everyone was able to get out on the water together. We also enjoyed hiking the different trails to see the waterfalls. If you are looking for things to do, we would definitely would recommend a visit to coal mine #9 tour, the town of Jim Thorpe, and the Old Jail tour. The property manager met us shortly after check-in and was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

My family enjoyed our stay. Fishing was great. We enjoyed our time at the house that we never went out. We all relaxed and enjoyed the scenery .

Beautiful Lake House

Beautiful lake house just like the pictures. House was very clean. My boyfriend, two kids and two dogs enjoyed ourselves. We went fishing and canoeing in the beautiful lake. 5 minutes away from beautiful state park where there is a beach, motor boats, canoes and trails. Julia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Will definitely come back.

It was amazing time on this place . We really liked it. the nature here is incredibly calm and quiet and the rest was wonderful.

The house was just as described and the property manager made a point of stopping in with her card so we could call if we needed anything. Access to the lake for kayaking was perfect along with the scenery. Also we couldn’t have asked for better weather. The only issue we had was with the kitchen, it could have been stocked a little better but it didn’t stop me from giving it 5 stars!
