As many people said, owner is responsive. Just few things, screens on windows and doors would be helpful, otherwise everything will fly-in. Grill was working, but previous people forgot to shut the gas off and the top cover hinges were broken. Then there was the pool pass, we were told to get it at the welcome center(main gate), we went and got rejected because they told us the owner suppose to be there with us to get them.It would be nice to have a print out at the home about the community, what to do to get the passes for pool and other activities in the community. What to do with the garbage etc..
