« Given the short notice of my trip, this apartment was within budget and had the basic amenities required for my very basic stay. Unfortunately there were water shortages on the island during our time there which seemed to impact our hot water access. « The apartment was not as listed. It was grubby and in serious need of updating. No instructions on how to use anything. No safety equipment such as a fire alarm, fire blanket etc. on arrival the WiFi and tv were not working and the cooker wasn’t. I contacted the owner who ignored me. I contacted vrbo who were responsive. We spent 4 days of our holiday waiting in for things to be fixed. On the 3rd day the cooker blew up and all the gas emptied out of the cylinder through the 4 hobs into the room....

« Everything was wonderful. Location on the island was ideal for us because we traveled all over and it is central . Location is not near any restaurants or grocery store but Ashley had stocked essentials for us . We walked to restaurants nearby but probably 20 minute walk, we enjoyed it. There is a rental car agency right next door and we had a car for a day to get to Argyle falls . Taxis are expensive so be sure to include in budget. Is right on water and pool was clean and not too hot or cold...
