Wren Isle is a family-owned and family-run riverfront home on the Indian River Lagoon in Titusville, Florida. Start your morning on the private dock watching dolphins and manatees glide by, spend the afternoon in your private pool, and stay up to see rockets launch from Kennedy Space Center right across the water. This is the real Florida, the way locals live it.

A REAL HOME, NOT A RESORT
Wren Isle is a well-loved family home, filled with an eclectic mix of art, sculpture, family treasures and a piano in the living room. It has all the character, and a few of the quirks, of a real Florida riverfront house. If you're looking for a polished five-star resort, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want a laid-back, comfortable home with incredible views and local hosts nearby, you'll feel right at home.

THE SPACE
Downstairs: the main king suite with an ensuite walk-in shower, a queen bedroom with nearby bath access, the living room, dining areas, and a fully stocked kitchen for family meals.
Upstairs: two queen suites, each with private bathroom access, a second king suite, and a smaller bedroom with a full bed, reached through the second queen suite.

OUTDOORS
You're welcome to enjoy the pool, dock and all outdoor areas. The dock is a great spot for fishing, relaxing, launch watching and wildlife spotting. The water is shallow and not suitable for docking boats, but a public boat ramp is less than five minutes away.

YOUR HOSTS
We're a local family and live on-site in a separate apartment with its own private entrance. We're always nearby if you need anything, and we'll give you your privacy otherwise.

GOOD TO KNOW
• The base rate covers up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $25 per night each, up to 11 guests total.
• The garages and the space above them are not open to guests.
• Visitors and events: Wren Isle is a quiet family home, not an event venue. Parties, events, receptions, rehearsal dinners and gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests may be on the property. Any daytime visitor must be approved by us before they arrive. Visitors who haven't been approved may be asked to leave, and violating this policy may result in your stay being ended.
• In town for a wedding? We love hosting wedding guests! Please plan any parties, get-togethers or after-parties at another location.
• Pool heat: The pool is not heated as a standard amenity. During cooler months, pool heat can be added for an additional fee, weather permitting. The heater uses the outside air to warm the water, so on cold nights (below about 50°F) or during sustained winds, the pool can't warm up or hold heat, and heating won't be possible. If the weather won't allow heating, you won't be charged the heat fee. Weather is not grounds for a refund or discount on your stay. Message us for details.
