The bathroom and shower are communal so be aware there is not a bathroom in each “cabin,” nor can you lock your door from the inside. Thus “resort” is misleading. « We stay at Marriotts hotels for the reliable service and comfortable beds. This stay was disappointing in that the bed was the reason we left early. Very uncomfortable bed. We also were surprised to see that house keeping service was on an every other day schedule. Definitely not what we are used to from Marriott. »

« Personal on desk at check in was delightful. Very professional. I needed help to get my things up the steps to my room. No one was there to help me. I had to make two trips to get items needed out of my luggage and up to my room. I have asthma and heart issues. Climbing 19 down and then 19 back up in the deep humidity was exhausting. As I stepped into the tub, bottom of feet were dirty from walking on carpet barefoot. No excuse. Will NOT return to any of your motels. »
