Inside, the main floor features a bright open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a cozy electric fireplace and smart TV. There are three bedrooms on this floor: two with queen beds and one with a twin-over-double bunk bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.

Head downstairs to discover a fully loaded games room, complete with a pool table, PlayStation, board games, and another smart TV. You’ll also find a second full bathroom with a shower and a private gym equipped with a treadmill, weight machine, rower, and the highlight — an electric SAUNA for the ultimate relaxation experience.

Outside, the fenced backyard is your private oasis. Fire up the propane BBQ, dine under the string-lit pergola, unwind in the 6-person hot tub, or gather around the fire pit in the Muskoka chairs. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy warm summer nights or crisp fall evenings.

We`re located just a 13-minute walk to a nearby beach and a 2-minute drive to beautiful Lafontaine Beach. Whether you’re here to explore the shoreline, cozy up by the fire, or sweat it out in the sauna, this cottage has something for everyone.

🐾 Pet Policy

One well-behaved dog is welcome, but must be added to your reservation and approved in advance.

Our pet policy is as follows:

1. Pets are NOT permitted on any beds. Our linens are white, and we work hard to keep them in excellent condition. If you wish to have your pet on the bed with you, please bring your own bedding.

2. Pets must never be left unattended, indoors or outdoors.

3. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.

4. Any damage caused by your pet is the owner’s full responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

5. Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or disturb neighbours.

6. You must clean up after your pet in the yard.

Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage and backyard during their stay, including the gym, games room, hot tub, fire pit, and all amenities. Keyless entry makes check-in a breeze.

We give our guests space but are always available if needed. You’ll receive a digital guestbook and contact info after booking, and we’re just a message away throughout your stay.

🔥 Firewood is not provided but can be purchased nearby.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
One pet is permitted during your stay. Please ensure that you have added them to the booking and agree to our pet policy.

Our pet policy is as follows:
Pets are NOT permitted on any of the beds. If you do wish to have your pet on the beds then we request that you bring your own bedding (ours are white and we`d like to keep them that way) so that our linens don`t get stained or accumulate dog hair.
You must never leave your pets unattended
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside
Any damage caused by your pet will be 100% your responsibility and you will have to cover the cost of any repairs.
Do not allow your pets to excessively bark or disturb the neighbours.
You must clean up after your pet.

Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am daily.
Absolutely no parties allowed
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Should it be found that there are more than 6 people on the property at any time you will be asked to leave without a refund and you will be charged for the extra guests.

For guests travelling with infants: We have a highchair, pack n play available upon request.
