On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room and lounge, as well as one of the bedrooms with a bathroom. The interior will appeal to lovers of modern elegance with a touch of tradition. French doors flood the entire space with natural light, and light colours add to the airiness. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a counter with high stools, great for preparing meals together. The wooden dining table seats 8 and a high chair for children is also available. The spacious living room is decorated in a modern, minimalist style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is a comfortable corner sofa and a smart TV that will come in handy for an entertaining movie night or a quick break from the activities outside. From the living room you have direct access to the covered summer kitchen.



The bedrooms are located with 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Neutral colours have a calming effect and wooden ceiling beams add warmth to the rooms, all designed to create a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. All of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, double beds and are equipped with a television set. From the room on the first floor you can walk out onto a covered terrace, ideal for a morning cup of tea with a view. The ground floor room is wheelchair accessible. It has underfloor heating, as does the rest of the ground floor. All modern bathrooms have shower cubicles and there is also a bidet on the ground floor. Each bathroom has toiletries and hairdryers.



Lovers of active holidays will enjoy the various activity zones, from a mini-gym overlooking the pool to a garden area equipped for table tennis, badminton and football. You can also enjoy a game of darts. However, the main centre of activity and relaxation will undoubtedly be the 60 m² swimming pool with hydromassage jets. You can swim in the pool and relax with your favourite book on the sun deck with its deck chairs. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a fully equipped roofed summer kitchen with a stone barbecue, a TV set and a large dining table. Villa Jurasi is located in the village of Montrilj - take a stroll through the village and visit the 17th century church of St Rok, and then head to neighbouring Tinjan. The locals are particularly proud of their prosciutto-making tradition, so don't miss the opportunity to sample this delicacy in one of the taverns or prosciutto shops. The best way to get to know the area is by bike - the municipality of Tinjan is dotted with cycle paths through the green countryside. You can take a trip to Pazin, where adventurers will be thrilled by the Pazin Cave, above which you'll find a medieval fortress and an exciting zipline.
