Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. « Best part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10 »

« First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. Property manager had the decency to give us more time to check in and check out, wonderful experience over all! Would definitely recommend. »

« Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. The place is roughly a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable yet clean spot. »

« Clean, Modern House. Best Location in the middle of everything. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach and all the clubs and 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Very quiet once inside. Definitely will be staying here again. There are even a few small drink/ food stands right outside the front gate. Our family loved it. »

« The pictures of this place look great but the reality is that it needs a deep cleaning. They did provide more than enough plates/glasses and the place is spacious. When you shower upstairs the Ceiling is leaking in the office/bedroom on the first floor. They had informed us that the office was a separate room from the bedrooms. The floors need to be swept and moped they were filthy. I had to scrum the mold in the downstairs shower. We felt uncomfortable with cameras in the living areas. The...
