Located just a few steps from the Pacific, this peaceful and bright vacation rental is your key to oceanfront living here in Rosarita Beach! Indulge in a refreshing swim in the on-site pool or venture out to discover a number of nearby restaurants and excellent shopping opportunities. You'll also be near several other world-renowned beaches, lush parks, and unique destinations like the fun, seaside town of Puerto Nuevo aka 'the Legendary Lobster Village!'

When you enter this two-story villa, a beautiful stairway will lead you to the second floor, where the main living space featuring an open floor plan awaits. Discover an elegantly decorated living room with inviting sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming services where you can spread out comfortably and enjoy an entertaining movie night. The living area opens onto a private balcony with seating and impressive views of the beach and the ocean. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing exquisite culinary masterpieces in the villa's well-equipped kitchenette, complete with all stainless steel appliances. This level also enjoys a second balcony with an outdoor dining area.

Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite on the main level with beach views, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom, and two bedrooms downstairs. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a private patio with seating and memorable beach views.

Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. Vacasa cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
