We are close to multiple wedding/event venues, including Bella Sala Event Center, The Gathering Barn, The Celebration Farm, Walker Homestead, Cedar Ridge, and more!

We do not allow parties or excessive noise.

The host responded quickly to some internet issues and helped get things resolved. The property was great overall! It was nice having the living spaces on separate floors from bedrooms where the children were sleeping.

We stayed at this home for the University of Iowa Homecoming weekend and had a fantastic experience. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve meals, which made it easy for our group to enjoy time together at the house. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the bed linens and towels were fresh and plentiful. The layout worked great for our group, and the space was comfortable and welcoming throughout. We’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area—especially for Hawkeye events. Thanks for a great stay!

A great location for us in looking to be close to University of Iowa. This house had all that was needed for our trip including a separate space for our teens to hang out. A lovely home made this an enjoyable restful trip. Such an easy check in/check out process.

We had a group of seven guys for a golf outing that stayed in this house. We absolutely loved this place. First, the house was immaculate and in great shape. There were enough beds and couches for everyone. The location was great to access Iowa City and the surrounding areas. The hosts were great and check in was seamless. We could not have been happier and enthusiastically recommend this house.

What a lovely place! We all thought this was a great location! We each enjoyed our own space to relax in after a busy week of travel. We did find that one of the recliners would open but would not close and the light in the stairwell going down to the lower floor was flickering and needed replacing. Also the sheets on the bed in the downstairs bedroom were too small for the bed. Overall, we really loved the place and would recommend it for all looking for a relaxing location to use!

Greatest Host

The area is fun to explore and seems very safe to be around. The house was great. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but Regan had someone out immediately to check it and all was good. The entire visit if I sent a message the response was almost immediate. This was very refreshing over some of my previous hosts. I would highly recommend this booking to anyone.

Tiffin Stay

The property met the needs of our family while in town for a wedding.A few maintenance need to be addressed. The curtain rods in a couple of the rooms are not secured to the wall. Also the toaster is not working well and should be replaced. The dryer is not providing enough heat to dry the clothes. Took several runs to dry basic kids wardrobe items. Would have been helpful to have a garage remote or a code to open the garage so you don't have to go through the house to open the garage door, especially in cold weather.

What a great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Two BFFs and their moms visiting the area to tour University of Iowa. Close to Iowa City and everything that we needed for our stay. Lots of space in inside to spread out! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Perfect townhouse in quiet neighborhood

Iowa Football Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in Tiffin during an Iowa football weekend. The location was convenient and allowed all of us (eight adults) to stay together. The owners were responsive when we had questions. We will look to stay here in the future!

Great place!

A fantastic stay in this 3 level home. It was quiet and close to both Iowa City and North Liberty, where we had family. The biggest hit was the ping pong table. More than enough space for 6 people and so comfortable. The owners made it super easy to check in and were available for anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
