Levication Cliff is a bright, spacious apartment suited to families, with one open space for the living room, dining area and kitchen, all facing the view.

• 4 bedrooms: 3 with two single beds that can be joined into a large double, and one with two bunk beds
• 2.5 bathrooms with towels, soaps and shampoo
• Sleeps up to 10 guests
• Open living room with a large corner sofa, a TV and an upholstered window seat facing the Arbel cliff and the Sea of Galilee
• A dining table for the whole family next to the panoramic windows
• Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar: refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stovetop, microwave, kettle, espresso machine with capsules, and kitchenware
• Washer and dryer, with laundry detergent and fabric softener
• Air conditioning throughout the apartment and blackout curtains in the bedrooms
• Building with an elevator: 5 steps from the elevator to the apartment, and 2 steps inside the apartment between the living room and the kitchen
• Free street parking

Guest Access:
The entire apartment is yours throughout your stay, including the kitchen and all amenities listed above. The Levication team is available via the messaging system for anything you need.

Levication Cliff is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Tiberias, with open views of the Arbel cliff and the Sea of Galilee.

• The Tiberias promenade, the Sea of Galilee beaches and family attractions around the lake are a short drive away

A comfortable base for a family vacation around the Sea of Galilee and the Galilee.

Getting Around:
Easy to reach by car, with free street parking. Local taxis are readily available. Tiberias central bus station is a short drive away, with direct lines to Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem and Bnei Brak. Private airport transfers can be arranged in advance through the Levication team.

Israeli citizens and residents, and any guest unable to present a valid B/2 visa, will be charged an additional 18% VAT on the full booking amount before arrival. After booking we will ask for a copy of your passport and visa page.

Levication Cliff is a quiet family apartment, intended exclusively for families, including extended families. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties and groups of young people are not permitted at any of our properties.

Shabbat-ready amenities are included: electric hot plate (plata), hot water urn (mechum), refrigerator with Shabbat mode, and walking distance to active synagogues.
