The entire penthouse is yours during your stay. Entry is via a smart lock, which also makes Shabbat arrivals and departures simple. You have the full space, the kitchen, and all amenities listed above. On-site parking is included. The Levication team is reachable 24/7 via the messaging system for anything you may need.

The main bus station is a few minutes away by car, with direct lines to Tel Aviv, Haifa, Jerusalem, and Bnei Brak. On Shabbat, active synagogues and local shops are within short walking distance. Private airport transfers can be arranged on request through the Levication team.

Levication Ofek Tekhelet Penthouse is a quiet family home. The penthouse is intended exclusively for families and couples. Parties, bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, and large groups are not permitted at any of our properties.

Pricing and VAT: the rate shown is the tourist rate for guests holding a B/2 tourist visa, which is exempt from Israeli VAT. Israeli citizens and residents, and any guest unable to present a valid B/2 visa, will be charged an additional 18% VAT on the full booking amount before arrival. After booking we will ask for a copy of your passport and visa page.

Interaction with Guests:
We allow guests to enter the apartment with independent check-in. And we do not disturb the guests during the stay. If there are problems that require our attention, we come to the building and take care of what is needed.
