« Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in June 2026. The apartment was easy to find, the parking was very close by and the hosts did an excellent job of explaining the parking options and check in process. The small kitchen was very efficient and while we only prepared simple meals, the full size fridge and stove top, plus provided plates/cups/glassware would make cooking family meals a breeze. The bedroom was quite large, the beds were comfortable and the Aircon was excellent. This apartment was a...

« Beautiful location and felt very cosy »

« We booked a 3-night stay at this property through Expedia, but it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we arrived. The house was severely infested with over a thousand flies, covering my kids' faces and hands within minutes and making them sick. When we contacted the host, they dismissively claimed bugs are "common in the mountains"—an excuse I've never heard in all my years of mountain travel. « Road drive a challenge but hosts correctly supported a daytime check in recommendation. Quiet and beautiful surroundings worth exploring for those who wish this. Accommodation so clean and complete. »

« The host was responded to all my questions and requested right away. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Only negative was one bedroom only had one plug but our host provided a solution with 2 extension cords right away. I would recommend this apartment with a big group. The chickens, ducks and sheeps in the back were a bonus to see everyday. »

« The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station. There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour. Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside. Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. »

Unfortunately, the property itself has significant maintenance issues, and the lack of support from the host was extremely disappointing. During our six-day stay, we repeatedly contacted the host and requested assistance, asking for someone to inspect and resolve the problems, but no one was ever sent. The main issues included: * The stovetop was not...
