« The house is great with lots of room. The majority of the inside of the home was clean. The basement had dirt and bugs that needed to be cleaned prior to stay. The only uncomfortable bed was the upstairs queen bed. It creaked every time you moved. The outside needed maintenance. « This home has everything you could possibly need for a long weekend away, It is peaceful and has beautiful views. We spent the long weekend kayaking and canoeing. « My family throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay. So many things to do just around the property. They had a list of anything you may have questions and had all the necessities in the kitchen. To top things off they were super to work with when my daughter left her precious stuffie at the rental and she is now reunited with it. »

« A group of us gathered for a bit of a staycation from the Richmond area. We had a ladies night on Friday and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location!! Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. « We love staying at this property! We've stayed here before and will stay again. We were definitely disappointed in some of the cleanliness this year. It didn't appear as though the sheets were changed. The clean linens were on the front porch for our entire stay but we didn't realize that they were there for our stay until the day we left. « Our 14-member family stayed on the entire property (farmhouse, cabin and cottage) and had a wonderful time. This cottage is small and cozy and has beautiful views of green pastures. 2 fox kits came out to frolic in front of the cottage each morning, their den must be nearby.
