« Good management »

« Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. »

« KPS resort is a brand new facility with currently only six rooms and the rest still being built out. I stayed for two nights during my temple tour of southern Tamilnadu. The facility is beautiful and is very close to Kumbakonam. Rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. The staff are terrific. The price currently is unbeatable and may not last once it is fully built up. I strongly recommend this resort. »

« très bon hôtel un petit bémol concernant la restauration. J'ai demandé 5 plats avant de pouvoir en manger un. Ils étaient tous "absent". et pour le dessert un comble : pas de banane (dans un pays où il y en a sur tous les étalages!). »

« Rooms - 5/10 Office staffs - 2/10 - very lazzy staffs Food - 8/10 Cleanliness - 7/10 Totally its a good stay and atmosphere is good but the staffs are very lazzy and not responsive. Not good in cleanliness. I recommend but nit that much. For the price not up to the level. »
