If you use the first-aid kit or fire extinguisher, please let us know so we can replenish supplies or arrange any necessary servicing or replacement.



**Apartment Equipment**



* Portable Fan



A portable fan is available upon request and subject to availability. It is not normally kept in the apartment.



* Tumble Dryer and Drying Rack



A shared tumble dryer is available for use. Please use it only outside quiet hours to avoid disturbing neighboring residents. If another resident is already using it, please wait your turn. If you prefer a drying rack, we can provide one upon request, as it is not normally kept at the property.



**Towels and Bed Linen**

We provide two large towels, two small towels, one hand towel, one bath mat, two pillowcases, one duvet cover, and one bed sheet.



* Additional Pillows and Blankets



If you would like additional pillows or blankets, please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare them. These are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.



For hygiene reasons, please do not take or use the spare pillows and blankets stored in the wardrobe until we have provided the appropriate clean covers.

The lift is a shared facility serving the building. Please contact us in the event of a fault or malfunction.



* Luggage Storage



Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is possible only by prior arrangement and confirmation from the company, subject to availability and circumstances. The storage location may be separate from the accommodation.



* Parking



The accommodation does not have a private car park or provide its own complimentary parking spaces. Before your arrival, we will send you directions and recommendations for paid private car parks, along with information about on-street parking. Spaces are subject to availability, and applicable charges, signage, and local parking regulations must be observed.



**Pet Policy**



* Conditions and Charges



Pets are permitted only upon request and with prior agreement from the company, for a charge of €10 per day.



Before your arrival, you must inform us of the type of pet you wish to bring so we can confirm whether it meets the requirements of the property’s pet policy.



If these requirements are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse accommodation for the pet and/or cancel the booking.
