Nestled in the heart of Ano Poli, our apartment puts you in a prime location to experience the authentic Thessaloniki lifestyle. It is an area brimming with old time beauty and plenty of historical landmarks around such as the Acropolis, the Palaioaigina Gate and the Tower of Manuel Paliaologos, most of them fom the Byzantine era. Another place nearby (5 minutes on foot) which is worth a visit is Pasha's Gardens. As for more central recommendations we highly reccommend a stroll at Tsimiski, the central street of the city, an evening visit to the Ladadika area to listen to authentic greek live music and taste the cuisine, and checking out the White Tower at the port. For a closer encounter with the local culture we recommend visiting the Kapani market and Bit Bazaar. For your daily needs, the closest mini market is less than 100m from the apartment, and there are plenty other shops such as bakeries, cafes and pharmacies at a close radius. The neighborhood itself is known for its friendly atmosphere and a slower pace, offering a break from the city's hustle and bustle.
