« Superbe chambre, très propre, très spacieuse et joliment decorée. Hôtel très sympa. Nous n'avions que 2 serviettes pour 4 et c'était tres faible en papier toilette. Nous n'en avions plus dès le soir et pas un rouleau d'avance. Nius avons dû utiliser des mouchoirs. »

« The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »

« We had to change rooms as the air conditioning wasn't working; in the next room, it took a long time to get it working… there was a lot of noise at night because of the trains under the window… breakfast lacked quality products: no fruit juice, no yogurt, no cookies… just a small amount of cornflakes… »

« We walked in the room and the chair was stained, the toilet wouldn’t work. The smell of weed was stuck in the elevator on the way up. Walked in the room, turned around with our bags and left. Went and gave the key back to the hotel lobby manager and asked if he’d gotten a call from yall about a refund on a cancellation. He had not at the time. « Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am. »

« Had a great experience, the property was nice and quiet. My room was clean and it smelled good. Didn't have a chance to eat the complementary breakfast, I will next time. My only takeaway of the room is the ac and heat thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to control the ac from the unit itself. Overall it was still a nice hotel and I am already looking forward to the next visit. »
