« L’appartement en soit était plus ou moi correcte, mais la propreté et l’entretien des lieux n’est pas du tout acceptable. Le personnel c’est pour la plupart des adolescents qui ne comprends ni parlent pas l’anglais. L’emplacement n’est pas non plus le meilleur, avec une clinique au rdc et des autres établissements médicaux dans le quartier, on croisse beaucoup des patients et des personnes malades. La rue est aussi très concurrencée, il y a trop de bruit et de la pollution evidente. »

« Welcome ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Received a warm welcome from the reception team along with concierge assisstance. Room ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The was quite compact and hard to roam around. Bedding were dirty and got them changed the following day. Some of the aminities like ac, locker weren't working. Quite noisy neighbure and they were playing loud music till 1am that cause severe disturbance. Breakfast ⭐️ Very poor choice of breakfast. Despite placed an order for fresh items, provided food was not prepared in good...

« The best part of my stay was without doubt the wonderful staff who could not do enough to help. One member of staff even accompanied me on my rickshaw ride to make sure I arrived at my restaurant meeting location. Breakfast was also very good. While the entire hotel and room were clean, the only comment I would make is that the room would appear to be due for re-decoration (it was spacious with a lovely little balcony). I enjoyed my stay. »

« Room was mostly clean. AC blew directly at the bed and low fan was still a gale; led to me getting sick. Room safe unusable. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic and tailored to local tastes. Coffee was DIY with a kettle and jar of instant. Dinner menu was a mix of Indian, “Chinese” and western and of average quality. »
