« Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et prêt à aider. La chambre est simple mais très propre. Point positif: pas de moquette, mais du parquet! Y étant fin octobre, les couleurs automnale des arbres étaient magnifiques. Un arrêt de bus PRT (ridePRT.org) amène au centre ville (ligne Y46 pour 2,75$ en à peu près 50 minutes) en moins de 50m. »

When we walked in a bit early April was so kind to let us know that she would be cleaning our room next so that we could go on up. We grabbed lunch and by the time we came back everything was ready. « Paid $120+ for the room for one night, and it was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at in my life. My stay only lasted 6 hours because I was so grossed out. The toilet had pubic hairs on/in it, as well as easily removable stains, and even feces/urine on the seat. The shower/tub was filled with easily removable stains and hair from a prior guest. « Not fancy. This place needs a facelift. Carpet molding falling off the wall. The kitchen needs some work so it looks nice. Bathroom needs a good cleaning. Tile was full of gunk. Great location near HWY 70. Noisy at night from dogs prancing on the ceiling. Gym looks good, but no one was in it. Going down hill a little at a time. »

« The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home.
