Havana Country Club is minutes by golf cart and offers Championship golf, a pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant serving lunch and dinner.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and a TV for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Kick back and relax with a good book on the Florida room or you will find a space to set up your computer to stay connected with friends or work. And of course there's a GREAT BIRD CAGE area off the Florida room with seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice over looking the BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING. It's also a great place to sit and relax while enjoying a BBQ at the end of a busy day of activities and to invite your new friends over for dinner before heading off to dance the night away!

This beautiful home comes complete with a Gas Golf Cart, BBQ grill & WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
